To really inspire your at-home yoga kick, we’ve rounded up some of Instagram’s most fearless and agile yogis. Follow these bliss-minded accounts and in no time you’ll be inspired to unroll that mat, zen out, and limber up.

DownDog Yoga

@downdogyoga is now offering free livestream classes on their Instagram channel. Tune in Mondays at 6 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., or Fridays at 12 p.m. for guided yoga practices (and check the account for updated schedules). All you have to do is jump on the livestream and roll your mat out at home.

New York Yoga

New York Yoga has just started free online classes. Right now you can join instructors @yoginidanny at 11 am, @rachelanunez at 2:30 pm, and @elinorraerigby at 4 pm for an all-levels Power Flow. Keep checking the studio’s Instagram for up-to-date information.

SkyTing

Cult-favorite Skyting Yoga is going live with its co-founders @krissy_jones & @chloe_kernaghan for those to practice at home. The founders will also announce an upcoming live schedule on Instagram.

Strala Yoga

Strala Yoga is now offering a free yoga practice library that includes online training, intensives, workshops, and class videos. The studio has also utilized IGTV for breathing and meditation practices like this Shiatsu Facial video.

Yoga with Adriene

@adrienelouise is the woman behind a very popular and free yoga and lifestyle channel on YouTube. With 6.25 million subscribers, Adriene offers yoga advice to all levels and bodies. You can browse beginners yoga to advanced levels, as well as yoga for busy people and yoga for gut health. It’s all free (did we mention that?) right here.

Glo Yoga

Glo is online yoga, meditation, and Pilates taught by world-renowned teachers. Right now you can get your first two weeks free. They also provide tips and tricks for setting daily routines that include napping, breathing, and mindfulness.

Gaia

Gaia offers over 8,000 ad-free yoga practices and documentaries. You can try it out with a free one-week trial. Beyond the platform, Gaia provides tips and tricks for mastering poses on their page.

Alomoves

Popular yoga clothing brand Alo Yoga launched Alomoves, an online subscription program that offers different yoga practice videos. The company is also offering a free two-week trial right now.

Kerri Verna

Kerri Verna aka @beachyogagirl is a Cali-based yoga instructor who teaches workshops all across the U.S. and posts daily beach-side snaps. She posts free classes on her YouTube channel but also provides a membership plans for training at home.

Kino MacGregor

The yogi, author, and self-proclaimed beach bum hosts yoga challenges on her Instagram feed to inspire her followers to challenge themselves and increase flexibility. Follow @kinoyoga and improve those backbends.
